I wanted to do the dutch parliament in my roundish style without loosing the characteristics of the facade and buildings.
I was intrigued by the evaporating water that seemed to pour out light.
Part of the Inner Court (Binnenhof), where I sketched a couple of times. It is the Prime minister’s little tower (’t Torentje) at The Hague.
I had my mind set to draw the ‘Court’s Pond’ (de ‘Hofvijver’) at The Hague, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands for quite some time.
