A long time ago I was in Prague and saw a lovely backlight from the Wawel Castle across the Moldau river. The shirt of my girlfriend back then turned blue and I still use this painting to instruct students that white is not white at all, dependant on the circumstances. Beginners often say it is white but in fact blue can be white as well. The orange lighting contrasted the blues quite nicely.
