Third Solarized Drawing

This is my third solarized drawing I did since a long time and represents my regular model I know for years. Click this link ‘Roundism – 31-03-20’ to see the previous one. Areas that catch the most solarization are the hair and mantle piece in the background. I liked keeping that one in as it contrasts the round forms in the front quite nicely. Next to this, the body forms, from the buttocks along the back up to her shoulders, basically are a hugh ogee. Solis sacerdotibus: Wave are key building blocks of the universe, before and after the collapse of the wave fuction.

Echo of Bodily Forms

I only slightly indicated the folds in de sheets because they echo the round bodily forms but then reversed directionwise. Besides that I let the body communicate with its surroundings through the absence of contour delineations in some parts so the tonality of the body sometimes runs over in the sheets and background, creating the illusion of spatial unity.
