This depiction of Maassluis, a town near Rotterdam towards the North Sea, is somehow impressionism meets roundism. I wanted to put the stress on the circular movements of the chem trails and clouds echoing in the shapes of the tug boats at the bottom. besides that I like combining cubistic styling with the application of atmospheric depth.
