On my walks I came across Estate ‘Oosterbeek’ again. I was in the mood to do another landscape after my last one of Buitengoed Leeuwenbergh. After all, Spring has arrived and South Holland is covered in sunlight. Let’s hope the sun will bring relief in this cursed pandemic.
The second one of Oosterbeek this week and I chose a specific spot in the park where there is a bend in brook running through it.
Oosterbeek – 07-04-20
I always find it difficult to draw an impressionistic blossom tree without falling back to depict branches and the blossom in a rather symbolic or linear way.
A small park just around the corner where I sometimes wander about. I was struck by the light through the trees and the atmospheric depth.
