It was some time ago when I did my last graphite pencil drawing in the Risque series.
This Risque oil looks like a wild Liberace. Or could it be that I was inspired by the song ‘Digital Love’? Often I get these almost synaesthetic feelings whilst listening to music.
A new Risque oil painting in the Series by same name. After my last one I wanted to wander in a straight linear landscape again. The motif for this one was based on my colored pencil drawing ‘Risque – 01-22’.
Another variation in the Risque Series. After my last graphite pencil drawing ‘Risque – 22-01-22’ I was searching for something new.
The next one in the Risque series. After my previous colored pencil drawing ‘Risque – 18-01-22’ I wanted to experiment with angular structures again.
A new drawing in the Risque Series. This time executed with colored pencils. It turned out to become quite different from the previous graphite pencil drawing ‘Risque – 11-01-22’.
This graphite pencil drawing ‘Risque – 11-01-22’ is the third one of Julia Filament after the session of last 30th December. As previously said I found it to be an exciting session during which she took many great poses.
Risque is the title of a new oil, in fact a new series. I felt this one was urgent and below I explain why. The lovely means by making my visual point is the depiction of model Julia Gómez Avilés. It was wonderful to work with her again
